Nothing is better than playing soccer tennis with friends at training. It’s fun and can help you improve your game.

There are no rules for playing soccer tennis. Everybody plays the game in their own way. There are some rules that everyone uses to play the game. These are the most well-known.

How to set the court

The best way to determine the size of the court is to look at how many people are playing. There is no limit to the number of players who can play soccer tennis at once. One could play against another, or 2 vs 2. 3 vs 3. And so forth.

It is not necessary to own a net in order to play. Most of the time I don’t have one. It is more challenging and fun when you do have one. A soccer net is a great investment, but not necessary.

Playing the Basics

The serve: There are two ways to serve. The most common and easiest is to drop the ball and let it bounce on your side. Next, Sweet Science Boxing  you will kick it slightly to your opponent’s side.

The second is to throw the ball using your hands, making it bounce in your direction and then in the opposing’s. This is a great option for beginners.
